The Hawaiâ€˜i Herald today took a major step forward in its more than thirtyÂ year Âhistory with the launch of its online edition. The debut issue is focused on the Primary Election, with a story on the â€œDavid vs. Goliathâ€ gubernatorial race between incumbent Governor Neil Abercrombie and veteran State Senator David Ige, as well as a Q&A forum on the issues with responding candidates for the major offices.
